Waitlist is a registration of interest
Joining the Mytilene Club waitlist is a non-binding registration of interest only. No payment is collected at this stage, and no contract is formed between you and Mytilene Club, Studio Raphaela, or any affiliated party. We make no promise to provide any service by signing up, and signing up does not guarantee future membership, access, pricing, or availability of any trip or offer.
Communications
By joining the waitlist you consent to receive occasional updates about Mytilene Club by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Changes
The Mytilene Club project, including launch dates, scope, pricing, and any future services or membership terms, may change or be cancelled at any time without notice or liability to waitlist signups.
Liability
The waitlist and this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mytilene Club and Studio Raphaela disclaim any liability arising from your use of the site or signing up to the waitlist.
Exclusion for harmful conduct
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to remove or exclude from the waitlist, from any community space, and from current or future membership, any person who engages in discriminatory, hateful, harassing, or criminal behavior or speech, or who harms or threatens the safety, dignity, or wellbeing of other members, guests, partners, or staff. This includes, without limitation, conduct that is misogynistic, transphobic, homophobic, racist, ableist, antisemitic, Islamophobic, or otherwise targets a person or group based on identity. No refund or compensation is owed in the event of such exclusion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
